With thousands of hours of advanced trainings and mentorships from various osteopaths, allopaths, physical-, psycho-, somatic-and manual therapists, my work is always integrated and catered uniquely to meeting my client’s needs.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic therapy that encourages healthy lymph flow and reduces swelling, inflammation, acute and chronic pain, and post-surgical discomfort. Through a somatic lens, clients are guided to notice subtle shifts and sensations, deepening their body’s innate capacity to restore balance.
Craniosacral Therapy

This light-touch therapy works with the natural rhythms of the nervous system, connective tissues, and whole person. Informed by somatic principles, craniosacral work offers profound relaxation and release, helping the body integrate trauma, stress, or injury at a deep and lasting level.
Neuromuscular & Myofascial Therapy

These precise, targeted techniques address acute and chronic pain, postural imbalance, soft tissue restrictions, and other orthopedic concerns including injury. By combining clinical skill with somatic awareness, the therapy is both corrective and integrative—aligning structure while supporting the body’s natural intelligence to sustain change and improving its ability to heal.
Visceral Manipulation (Supporting Organ Health & Function)

Visceral manipulation is a gentle therapy that works with the body’s internal organs and their connective tissue relationships. By restoring mobility and reducing restrictions, it can improve digestion, breathing, and overall vitality. Integrated with somatic awareness, clients often develop a deeper sense of connection with their body’s inner rhythms, in turn finding more balance both internally and externally.
Pediatric & Perinatal/Postnatal Care

Skilled, supportive touch for infants, children, and new or expectant parents. These sessions help regulate the nervous system, ease musculoskeletal strain, address specific concerns and support healthy development. Through a somatic approach, families are invited to notice subtle cues and shifts, fostering connection and resilience during times of rapid change.
Intraoral Massage (TMJ, Headaches & Jaw Health)

This specialized therapy addresses the muscles and connective tissues inside the mouth and around the jaw. It is effective for TMJ dysfunction, chronic headaches, facial tension, and post-dental or orthodontic discomfort. Grounded in somatic principles, sessions are paced with care, inviting awareness of how the jaw connects to the whole body, helping release long-held tension patterns.
Scar Work
Scars are more than skin deep—they can affect fascia, circulation, sensation, and movement. This therapy uses gentle, respectful touch to soften restrictions, improve mobility, and support tissue healing. From a somatic perspective, scar work also offers space for the body to integrate the story of an injury or surgery, helping restore both function and wholeness.
Trauma-Informed Bodywork

Grounded in somatics and guided by principles of safety, choice, and presence, this approach honors the wisdom of the body and is at the core of my practice. Clients are supported in reconnecting with their bodies at a pace that feels safe, helping reduce pain, stress, and tension patterns linked to past experiences, and promoting future resilience. This informs every session.
This is the foundational practice of tuning into the body’s internal sensations and patterns. By building awareness from the inside out, it supports release of tension, ease of movement, and a deeper connection between body and mind. It’s about cultivating awareness by using gentle movement, touch, and attention to bring ease, restore natural alignment, and reconnect to your self and the world. To feel at home.

Whatever individual or combination of techniques are employed, all sessions focus on regulating the nervous system, integrating trauma, and working towards a state of embodiment that promotes feeling more home in the body.
Client Feedback:
“I’ve been seeing Collin for several months now for intraoral massage to deal with jaw clenching/tooth grinding. The first time I got an intraoral massage, I expected it to be a bit awkward but it wasn’t at all. The space is very comfortable and Collin is extremely knowledgeable. The massages & the tools I’ve learned have helped a lot with jaw clenching as well as posture. I’d highly recommend for anybody else dealing with jaw tension issues.”

“Nothing is more essential to lasting positive change than self-awareness; it is the prerequisite for self-control. Bodywork is a direct and effective way to increase this awareness within an individual.”
